支付: 水电煤宽带清洁费均摊。宽带35元。清洁费150元，你可以选择不参与清洁公共区域；或者参加清洁公共区域，仅在阿姨来清洁时分担费用，大约每月50-100元。

小区正门在航中路，西门在航西路。公寓位置靠近西门。
