世纪大道旁松山小区（即梅园五街坊），离地铁2/4/6/9号线世纪大道站300米的样子。6楼的2层，无电梯友好楼层，无遮挡，采光不错。离小区两个侧门都很近，所以步行外出特别方便。小区东南角，但是离小区外马路仍然隔了一排楼，窗户也是用的密封性好的，所以无需担心噪音。装修后自住的，后空关了一段时间，只有过2次出租，装修维持情况还不错，基本还是精装修的水准。家具家电齐全，6月11日起拎包入住！近期可约看房。

房东直租，无中介费，希望寻找有缘、长租（1-2年）的素质租客，中介勿扰！视租期长短，租金6200左右。

Songshan Community (Meiyuan 5th Street), next to Century Avenue, about 300 meters away from Century Avenue Station of Metro Line 2/4/6/9. The second floor of the 6 floors building, a friendly floor without elevators. It was  only rented out twice, so the decoration is well maintained and is basically at the level of fine decoration. The furniture and appliances are complete!

Direct rental by the landlord, no agency fee, hoping to find a quality tenant with fate and long-term rental (1-2 years)!
