小区坐落在北京市中心的中心 - 国贸地区世贸天阶旁，16楼南向有电梯，通风采光都极佳~是我和房东直接整租下来的重新软装的，出租房间中除衣柜之外的所有家具都是我重新购置，崭新且没有味道~

你的绿色房间大概10平左右，有大衣柜、可以用电脑的桌椅、床头柜。
进门右手边是卫生间，莲蓬头有过滤芯，提升水质；
进门左手边是一个开放式厨房，做简餐很方便，泡点茶和咖啡也很惬意；
然后就是这个房间的客厅，这也是我的房间/在北京和朋友聚会的地方。

我的房间在早9晚9之间可以作为共享客厅，当夜幕降临，这个房间恢复其休息的功能，其做为我的卧室使用。

阳台上有5米宽的观景窗，每日每时风景不同
