6号线草房站80平米房子寻找室友（正规两室一厅，2400次卧找室友）
本人性格温和，好相处，喜欢和和气气，在外企工作，生活规律(7点起床，11点入睡)，业余在家看看电影，弹弹琴，学习看书，会在家做饭，会滑板，会游泳，会法语会英语.
工作地点在朝阳门，已经在现在的房子住了10年了，刚刚搬到这个新房子，房子正规两室一厅一厨一卫，无隔断，面积大概80平方米，两个人居住特别舒适!(如果有对象可以偶尔来住，但不能一直住),我热爱生活，所以在阳台种了些花花草草的，周末可以一起做饭吃，或者邀请朋友来聚餐。
>房子周边:步行到常营天街7分钟;步行到6号线常营或者草房都在7分钟左右;出门就是常营体育公园(锻炼和散步特别方便)，周边BHG，超市，电影院等一应俱全..
次卧房租：2400，押一付三
水电燃气物业均摊，网费用我的话费套餐。
The appartment has two rooms, one living room, one kitchenand one bathroom,all of them are fully equipped. The wholeflat covers 70 sqm.l live in the bigger room alone.It only takes you five minutes to walk to the nearest train stopCaofang of line 6, and seven minutes to the nearest shoppingmall in which tthere are super market, club and cinema......By the way, the park is our neighborhood, if you like joggingit's a good place for you.
