本人为香港大学在读学生，因为要去内地做调研需要离开香港半年，故转租房间，和中介已说明情况取得同意。 目前计划出租时间为24年11月-25年7月底；后续我会再回来住（但是现室友会离开，我们可以继续租这个房子） 现室友为香港大学的硕士生，很安静，两人房间隔着洗手间，生活从未有打扰。
