三房两厅两卫精装修公寓，我（外语背景，外企工作）住次卧，我喜欢安静，干净, 简约沟通。偶尔在家办公。有地暖。南北两阳台。

交通: 小区正门有 776，867，18路公交，小区西门步行2分钟有87路。

先番城有TIM 咖啡厅，小区西门步行6-7分钟。距麦当劳骑车3分钟。

Flatmates: I have rented this flat for the 9th year. Its a beautiful, decent flat. I m 70s with foreign languages background, working in foreign company. I m serious, quiet, friendly and open, i like to keep things in order, tidy and clean. 

Utilities, wifi fee, cleaning will be shared by 3 of us. The public area cleanliness will be maintained by flatmates. .
