🔻Job Description：

1. Oversee Wellcee’s video content strategy, including planning, scriptwriting, filming, post-production, and daily account management.

2. Understand the ecosystem of major short video platforms, identify high-quality users, develop video plans, and drive user growth.

3. Create innovative content strategies, manage material production, and continuously optimize for better engagement.

4. Develop creative strategies and event plans around trending topics and key events.

5. Identify top users for content co-creation and connect with brands to drive co-branding cooperations.

🔻Job Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience with short video or content community platforms; experience with MCN or in self-media is a plus.

2. Experience in user growth at a large internet company is preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of trending topics and creative formats on major platforms, with excellent creative expression skills.
